Sensor IT shall, during the Term, make the Dashboard available to their Customers on and subject to the terms of this Terms and Conditions. Sensor IT grants to their Customers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to permit the Authorised Users to use this Dashboard during the Term solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes and subject to this Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Dashboard, you are implicitly acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted this legal policies. In case you do not understand or agree to them, you should immediately exit this Dashboard and not use it. Sensor IT reserves the right to update this Term and Conditions (T&C) at any time without previous notice or warning to the Customer. With regards to any behaviour, breaches or violations against the provisions of this Terms and Conditions, Sensor IT shall have the right to seek legal action and/or remedies.

This Dashboard and its contents are provided as a service. Although Sensor IT has attempted to provide accurate data on this Dashboard, it assumes no obligation or responsibility regarding the accuracy of the information whatsoever. Sensor IT may change the design of this Dashboard at any time without notice. All information provided on this Dashboard is provided on “as is” basis without warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind. Sensor IT hereby expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all express, implied, statutory or other warranties, guarantees or representations, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

All contents on this Dashboard are copyrighted by Sensor IT unless otherwise stated. Without prior written consent of Sensor IT or other parties, any content on the Dashboard shall not be reproduced, distributed, photocopied, played, linked or transmitted with super-links, loaded into other servers in “mirroring method”, stored in information retrieval system, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose by any person by any means, unless otherwise downloaded or reproduced for private and non-commercial purposes (provided however, that such use shall not include any revision to the content and the copyright notices and other proprietary notices shall be retained in the same form and manner as on the original).

Neither Sensor IT nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents, employees or other representatives shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, and/or exemplary damages including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, and/or loss of business, in connection with this Dashboard or the use of or inability to use this Dashboard or reliance on the contents contained herein, even if Sensor IT is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the legal laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law therewith. Any dispute or difference arising out of or concerning the Terms and Conditions or this Dashboard which cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the English Courts in accordance with its then-current arbitral rules for arbitration. The venue of arbitration shall be London, UK. All documentary submissions, presentations, and proceedings shall be in English language. The awards of the arbitration shall be final and binding upon the applicable parties.
